My child is 1 1/2 years old. Can she ride? Unfortunately, only children who have reached their 2nd birthday can ride at Rogers Play Dome. Children under this age are not permitted on the rides for safety reasons.

I will be bringing my children to Rogers Play Dome, but don't want to ride. Do I have to pay to get in? Yes, you will need to purchase a Guest Pass ($6.00) to enter the building. This pass allows you to ride the Ferris Wheel and the Carousel.

Can I leave Rogers Play Dome and come back in? Yes, if you purchased a single day pass (Dome Pass) you can leave the building and re-enter the same day.

If I buy a multi-day pass, how many days is it good for? The Ultimate Pass gives you access to Rogers Play Dome for all 8 days. Just make sure you don't lose your wrist band!

I purchased a Dome Pass (all day), but want to come back. Can I upgrade my pass to an Ultimate Pass (multi-day)? Yes, there are two ways to do this. If you are inside the building when you make this decision, please go to the Show Trailer (located at the entrance to the main floor) to upgrade. If you are already out of the building, please take your ticket and wrist band (you will be required to present both) to the box office at Gate A and they will be able to assist you.

Can I buy tickets in advance? Tickets are only available at the BC Place box office during Rogers Play Dome. They are not available in advance.

Can I pay for my Rogers Play Dome tickets with a credit card? Yes, the box office will accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or cash.

Is there tax or service charges on top of the prices? No. There are no additional charges on the ticket. A Dome Pass will be exactly $20.00.

Are there discount coupons? Yes, $3 off coupons (valid for Dome Passes and Ultimate Passes only) will be available at Lower Mainland Rogers Wireless and Rogers Plus locations beginning March 2nd.

Are there group rates? Yes, groups of 10 people or more can purchase Dome Passes for $15 each, with a single payment.

I won tickets to Rogers Play Dome at my school through the Aquafina vending machines. Can I redeem them at the door? You need to redeem the sticker that was on your beverage at your school's front office for a pass to Rogers Play Dome. Unfortunately, you can not redeem your sticker at BC Place.

Can I bring in my own food? No outside food or beverages are permitted into BC Place. A wide selection of menu items will be offered at the concession stands and on the fair grounds. Items include hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, popcorn, mini donuts, etc.

I am coming to Rogers Play Dome with my kids and don't want to stand all day. Is there somewhere I can sit down? There are many benches located throughout the fair grounds and the tables and chairs in the food court will be available for your convenience.

Are there lockers where I can put my stuff? There are no storage facilities at BC Place. We recommend that you try to bring as little as possible to the event.
