Guest Services, Lost and Found
A Guest Services Info Booth is located on Level 2 at section 234 and Level 4 at section 447. Lost and Found Services is located at the Guest Services Info Booth.
Mobility Impaired/Accessible Amenities
Dedicated 'accessible' seating areas are available for guests with disabilities that require assistance. Accessible seating is located at various vantage points throughout the spectator bowl. One attendant ticket may be sold with each wheelchair ticket and a seat will be provided for the guest's assistant.
Level 3 suites have removable seats to allow for wheelchair seating. Please contact BC Place prior to your event at 604 661-3401 or email@example.com and our staff will prepare your suite for you.
At this time, BC Place does not have wheelchair storage space available.
All entrances are now fully accessible for all guests. In addition, BC Place provides a dedicated ‘Accessible’ entrance along Pacific Blvd that allows for persons with disabilities to be delivered and collected right at the entrance. Stadium transfer services are provided from the entrance to assist guests to their seats.
All of our washrooms are accessible for people with disabilities. In addition separate family washrooms are located on each concourse.
Code of Conduct
BC Place is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all its guests. An individual's conduct must be legally appropriate, respectful of others to enjoy the event and not be offensive or abusive to other guests. Unacceptable behaviour includes the following but is not limited to:
- Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
- Impairment related to alcohol or drug consumption
- Providing alcohol to a minor or being a minor in possession of alcohol
- Smoking of any substance
- Sitting in locations other than the ticketed seat
- Use of compressed gas air horns
- Disruption of the game or event including throwing objects, trespassing on the field or restricted areas
- Fighting or making threatening remarks or gestures
Any guest not respecting the Code of Conduct may be removed from the venue by Staff.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
BC Place is committed to providing an accessible environment for everyone, including Guests that may suffer specific health conditions such as peanut allergies and gluten intolerances. Prior to attending your event please contact BC Place Guest Services to advise us of your individual concerns, and your seating location. BC Place Guest Services can be reached at 604 661 3401.
For Guests with specific allergies, such as peanut allergies, BC Place Housekeeping and First Aid staff will be informed of your seat location and will do their best to minimize the impact of other Guests who may be eating shelled peanuts in your area.
Guests with specific dietary requirements will have an opportunity to consult with chefs from BC Place’s Food and Beverage partner Centerplate to ensure your meal and snacks are appropriate to your needs.
While we are happy to apply our efforts to try and accommodate guests with allergies, we encourage all guests with severe allergies to take the necessary precautions and come prepared with personal medications.

Stadium Staff work hard to promote safe and responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. No alcohol will be served to guests who appear intoxicated and we reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.
All guests who appear under the age of 30 will be required to show valid ID. Guests serving alcohol to minors will be subject to arrest.
Draught beer will be served to a maximum of 24 oz. per person, per transaction.
Alcohol may not be brought into the stadium. Guests attempting to bring alcohol into the stadium will be denied entry or removed. Any guest that is denied entry or removed for any violation of facility rules will not be issued a refund.
Alcohol Service Times:
Football - Alcohol will be served until 5 minutes before the end of the 3rd quarter.
Soccer - Alcohol will be served until the 70 minute mark of the game.
Service times for all other events will be announced during the event. Service times are subject to change and Management reserves the right to stop alcohol service at its discretion.
Smoking is prohibited on stadium property including external plazas and there are no designated smoking areas. There are no in and out privileges once in the stadium except for emergency purposes.
Prohibited Items and Bag Inspections
Please be aware that bags will be subject to inspection upon entry. The following items are prohibited: alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans, cameras measuring more than 6 inches in length with lens attached (note, camera policy may vary for specific events such as concerts – please consult the FAQ information for your event), food products, professional recording devices (video and audio), weapons, laser pointers, pressurized air-horns, and any other items illegal or deemed to be a risk. Persons possessing any of these items may be denied entry or subject to removal. Exceptions may be made for those with medical requirements and/or special requirements. Persons denied entry or removed for any violation of facility rules will not be issued a refund. All bags are subject to search prior to entering the stadium and guests are subject to pat down searches for event entry. Prohibited items are subject to change for different events - please consult the FAQ information for your event. Security measures may be increased for certain events. These measures include, but are not limited to a more thorough search of persons and property including a more thorough pat down procedure. Due to these safety procedures, we strongly recommend early arrival to all events.
